CONGRATULATIONS SUBWAY CUP PREMIERS 2011!!

Following two nailbiting clinchers the Matrics Netball Club are excited to congratulate the Premier League and Premier League Reserve squads on winning the 2011 Subway Cup Premierships. The Premier League squad clinched victory against Newton Jags in a nailbiting thriller that went right down to the wire, 54 – 53 and the Premier League Reserves made a strong second half comeback to steal the game from the previously undefeated Phoenix 51 - 54. Matrics Goal Shooter and Thunderbird Cody Lange was named Margaret Angove Player of the Match.
