Club Day & Sponsors Night

CLUB DAY Once again, the Matrics Club Day has gone off without a hitch, thanks to the organisation of the faithful. This is the one opportunity we get each year to make a few dollars off the BBQ within Etsa Park. With a captive market, it’s not hard to sell good food and sure enough, that’s what we did. Many thanks must go to the army of cooks and helping hands who make sure Matrics has the best BBQ and is the one people look forward to most. 500 bacon and egg sandwiches, 600 sausages and 20kg of steak for sandwiches with the lot are working proof that if you do it right, people are happy to pay for good produce.
