What an amazing way to celebrate our 50th year with two outstanding results from our League and Reserves teams securing the double Premierships in the clash of the Titans against Contax Netball Club on Friday 12th August 2022. A record crowd in attendance helped our Stars power their way to victory. Final Scores were 64-53 in League and 48-43 in Reserves. Our congratulations go to Contax on making the Grand Finals – it’s a lot harder to make the big dance than it may seem.
We were also thrilled to see Lucy Austin win the Marg Angove MVP in the League Grand Final and Lucy Reynolds being named the MVP for the Reserves Grand Final.
Our thanks go out to the umpires – Georgina, Bec, Tash and Chloe, bench officials and staff at Netball SA and Netball SA Premier League for putting on a spectacular night. We wouldn’t have had a game without you!
